Exchange and Return Policy
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to arrange an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a size change or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
You will need to pay for the return shipping fee and the fee to re-ship the product back to you, unless the product is a defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
