Thank you for shopping with Cool Dude Co. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We offer nationwide shipping throughout South Africa.

Deliver to your door: R85
Deliver to your nearest Courier Guy kiosk: R75
Deliver to your nearest Courier Guy locker: R60
Collection from Knysna: Free

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

We ship all orders using The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery times are:

Major centres: 1–3 business days after dispatch
Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, and high-volume sales periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with The Courier Guy to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
